What is Deloitte looking for?
Deloitte is always on the lookout for people with relevant university degrees, superior problem solving skills, a strong desire to achieve, work experience, extra curricular activities, team/leadership experiences and strong interpersonal skills.
How many graduates and vacationers does Deloitte employ?
Deloitte recruits approximately 400 graduates and 400 summer vacationers nationally.
Which program am I eligible for?
These two programs have been designed for students during the various stages of their academic studies:
- Summer Vacation Program - Students in their penultimate year of study (2nd last year of their degree).
- Graduate Program - Students in their final year of university or who have completed their university degree.
I have no previous work experience can I still apply?
There is no requirement for you to have had any relevant work experience if you are applying to our graduate program. However we would ask that you include all your work experience on your application form even if this was a previous casual or part time position held.
I’ve already graduated. Am I still eligible to apply?
Yes. We recruit graduates with some work experience as well as people who are taking gap years or pursuing postgraduate courses. If you have substantial relevant work experience, please visit our Experienced hire careers website.
I am an international student. Am I still eligible to apply?

Does Deloitte have a trainee program?

Where can I meet Deloitte representatives?

Which service line at Deloitte is right for me?
