Graduate program
Our people are our most valuable assets. Each year we recruit around 500 outstanding graduates for the in-demand Graduate Program to inject new ideas and energy into Deloitte.
Graduate employees start with us in early March. Each new employee is paired up with a ‘Buddy’ and a counselling manager to help with a smooth transition into Deloitte life.
We provide the right kinds of tools and training to ensure all our graduates can achieve career success through mentoring, peer support, e-learning events, online training and Deloitte’s own three-year development program called D.Academy.
