Our goal is to help you develop your professional skills. When joining our firm you will receive training and updates in a variety of subjects through formal training programs. Working alongside our experienced professionals on client engagements of different sizes and in different industries will provide you continuous on-the-job training. Deloitte Bermuda is committed to the development of staff at all levels. We offer both internal and external training, e-learning courses, regular lunch and learn sessions and weekly webcasts. Each professional staff member must complete 120 hours of professional development over a three year period and this is monitored closely. Professional development is tied directly into performance evaluations and excellent attendance and participation is recognized.
