Strategy and Operations candidates:

Must have experience in one of the following areas:

• Design development and implementation of the Health Insurance Products including products pertaining to the new Medicare Modernization Act
• Design, development and implementation of medical management programs in Health Plan managed care environment
• Design, development and implementation of performance improvement, cost reduction projects across all functional areas in a major Health Plan or managed care organization including claims management, billing systems and management information.

Technology candidates

Must have experience in health plan claims systems, billing systems, customer relations management systems and related projects with extensive knowledge of health plan administration packages - Trizetto, Diamond, Metavance etc. Candidates must have significant experience managing complex technical engagements along with technical expertise in Architecture & Network Services; Enterprise Information Strategies and Data Warehouse management; and/or Development Services.

Provider Positions

Our Provider practice delivers solutions for large health care delivery systems including large scale turnaround/operational transformation projects. Our team designs and implements creative clinical process and business process solutions to address key client issues.

We seek experienced Provider candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Developing, designing and implementing revenue cycle solutions including patient access redesign; patient accounting and financial services redesign; technology evaluation and implementation; CDM and charge capture integrity; pricing strategy development and implementation; payer discrepancy recovery including Medicare and Medicaid compliance; denial management and clinical denial recovery success.
• Developing, designing and implementing supply chain solutions for major health care delivery systems including pricing, contacting and compliance, discounting and rebates, standardization and utilization, inventory management and operations.
• Leading or participating in the implementation of a package, or custom design, clinical applications software solution into a health care provider environment. Business process expertise and the ability to lead client teams through redesign, build, test and deployment of new business processes to facilitate integration of new system functionality. Systems experience can include EPIC, Eclipsys, Cerner, IDX, SMS or other clinical information systems.
• Strategy development including the development of business cases for acquisition and mergers of health care organizations, strategic planning, new service line offerings, organizational model and value proposition development, existing facility expansion/outpatient clinic development, and related business/operations planning.
• Operations improvement including developing business cases, benchmarking studies, new business models; leading major process redesign initiatives, major performance improvement engagements for healthcare delivery systems.
