Internships
An Internship is the term used for our “Traineeship Programme”.
Deloitte offers a comprehensive employment programme for dynamic and motivated university or Business School students. This programme is a valuable opportunity for students to experience our firm and its culture first hand.
As a result of spending time working within the firm, you will be in a better position to make a well informed decision as to whether our industry, and in particular Deloitte, is a place you would like to embark your career as a graduate. It also provides the firm with invaluable insight and direct experience of your capabilities and potential. This allows us to make sound recruitment decisions for those trainees we would like to join the firm upon successful completion of their university studies.
Annually, Deloitte Luxembourg recruits approximately 40 trainees a year.
Through our programmes, you will:
- gain significant client exposure
- work on current client issues
- receive technical training
- be allocated with a counselling manager to assist you to settle into the firm

for students in a number of unique service lines.
If you are an Economics, Business Administration or Law graduate, you can join one of our service teams. In Luxembourg, although French, German and Luxembourgish are widely spoken, our firm requires fluent English from its client service professionals.
- Audit : we recruit a total of 30 to 40 students each year for period ranging from January to March/April or for a full year programme starting September.
- Financial Advisory Services : 2 students a year
- Enterprise Risk Services : 2 students a year
- Technology Integration : 2 students a year

Vacation programme “jobbiste”
Deloitte offers a comprehensive vacation employment programme for dynamic and motivated young students. This programme is a valuable opportunity for students to experience our firm and its culture first hand. Each year, a number of 10 to 15 students are part of this summer programme, specifically in accountancy or support department (IT, HR, General Services).
