Insurance Coverage
An Insurance Package is made available to all Deloitte Staff courtesy of a specially tailored package by ING. This policy covers personal injury as well as other standard cover.

Global SOS
For our travelling staff, an International SOS card is available upon request to all staff.

Deloitte Toastmasters
For those that have a fear of public speaking, or would like to improve their presentation skills, Deloitte Toastmasters assists Deloittians in this area. Deloitte Toastmasters has been in operation for more than 15 years and Toastmasters is an organisation devoted to developing people's public and interpersonal communication skills.

Deloitte Alumni
Deloitte Malaysia has always encouraged our former employees to maintain good relations with the Firm. This benefits both parties in terms of Networking as well as strengthening the Deloitte culture andpresence in the market. In view of this, we have established an Alumni to strengthen these ties. Aside from keeping in touch with our former staff, the Alumni also organises gatherings and other activities, reflecting the dynamic approach the Firm adopts.

Deloitte Sports Club
The Deloitte Sports Club has been incredibly active and its activities only seem to be more frequent and popular among the staff as well as the local community. Not only are games arranged for the staff (Bowling, Futsal, etc) but the Club also arranges trips to holiday destinations such as trips to Kuantan, Pulai Springs Resort and many other interesting destinations. In addition, Deloitte Sports Club is also heavily involved in contributing to the local community, ranging from providing sponsorships, to visiting Homes for the underprivileged during holidays.

Secondments
After two to three years experience with the Firm, our top people have the opportunity to participate in international secondments. With Deloitte Malaysia being a member of the SEA cluster, there are many opportunities for cross-border mobility.

Secondment opportunities become available after two to three years' strong performance . International secondments generally range from four weeks to two years. Malaysian secondment placements have included countries such as United Kingdom and United States.
