Talent Management Centre

In our firm today, we employ a core value strategy of seeking for and retaining top talent. This has in turn given birth to a number of talent management techniques we are constantly employing to succeed. We have an Assessment Centre where various assessment tools are deployed to assess candidates including potential hires and current employees alike.

The process is regarded as an objective, fair, effective and successful method of establishing a candidate’s sustainability for a given role. It provides additional information that cannot be obtained in interviews while proving to be a reliable predictor for job success. At the initial stage, a job analysis is developed and candidates will then be assessed according to the required behaviour for the job and not a set of ‘steady competencies’. These tools have now proven to be valid, consistent and appropriate for the Nigerian market.
