Recruitment & Selection process
The recruitment season starts in October and continues through the academic year, with the selection process usually being conducted in March-May. We strongly encourage you to apply by the end of April in order to be included in the main selection stream. Successful recruits will start work with Deloitte in the summer, at a mutually convenient time after graduation.
Selection process at Deloitte usually consists of a few stages:
We begin with initial selection of candidates, and then invite the selected persons to a testing session, at which we check analytical and language skills.
Subsequent stages differ, depending on the practice you would like to join. You may be invited to an interview or to Assessment Center.
