Selection process

Our selection process is designed to provide a best match between you and Deloitte's requirements for participating in our ISBF. It is also designed to allow you to express your ambitions, strengths and goals.

The application

The first step is our online application process. Each application received is reviewed and candidates with skills matching Deloitte requirements are invited for the interview process.

Note: For some countries after clicking on the link you are asked to fill out the application form and attach your CV.

We would ask you not to apply to multiple countries.

Closing date

The closing dates for applications are country-specific. Please consult the date for the country you want to apply to under the Apply section. Please note that some dates can be extended due to local exams or students' reasons.

Application review

Following the closing dates, the review of all applications begins. Reviews will be completed in the country to which you have applied.

Interview

When the review of applications has been completed, we will invite those applicants that best match our selection criteria for an interview, which will be competency-based.

Competency-based interview

The competency-based interviews will be held at one of our offices or on your university/school campus. The interviewers will ask you to think of examples from your personal history, which are measured against our competency framework. Candidates who are successful are invited back to attend the final stage of the process.

The invitation stage

If you are successful in your interview, then an invitation will be sent to you to attend the International Student Business Forum 2010. To confirm your attendance, this should be signed and returned to Deloitte no later than the end of January 2010.
