Selection process
Our selection process is designed to provide a best match between you and Deloitte's requirements for participating in our ISBF. It is also designed to allow you to express your ambitions, strengths and goals.
The application
The first step is our online application process. Each application received is reviewed and candidates with skills matching Deloitte requirements are invited for the interview process.
Note: For some countries after clicking on the link you are asked to fill out the application form and attach your CV.
We would ask you not to apply to multiple countries.
Closing date
The closing dates for applications are country-specific. Please consult the date for the country you want to apply to under the Apply section. Please note that some dates can be extended due to local exams or students' reasons.
Competency-based interviews
Once the applications have been reviewed, we will invite those applicants that best match our selection criteria for an interview, which will be competency-based. The competency-based interviews will be held at one of our offices or on your university/school campus. The interviewers will ask you to think of examples from your personal history, which are measured against our competency framework.
Additional assessment
In addition to competency based interviews, you may be asked to complete an additional assessment (examples include: numerical / verbal reasoning assessments or simulation exercises i.e. case studies or situational exercises i.e. e-tray exercises). This will be dependent upon your country specific process.
Offers
If you are successful in your interview, then an invitation will be sent to you to attend the International Student Business Forum 2012. To confirm your attendance, this should be signed and returned to Deloitte no later than the end of January 2012.
