Your training contract is a three year period during which you serve articles within a professional services firm.
Training Inside Public Practice (TIPP)
This will be your first full-time position with Deloitte. To become a CA, it is recommended that you train within a registered Chartered Accounting Firm, specialising in auditing.

• TIPP is internationally accepted and is therefore conducive to the facilitation of international secondments and transfers
• It is possible to go from TIPP into commerce, but it is not easy the other way around
• You may sign off financial statements once qualified
